The actual implementation differs from country to country, and yet, everybody is encouraged to stay home. What seems to be rather attractive for some days, turns out to be more challenging in the long run. Here is what you can do to while away the time and not get bored.

4) Make a call

Now is a time where family and friends matter more than ever! Let them know you are okay and update each other regarding the latest life events, so that no one feels lonely. It is reassuring and a welcome diversion to talk to someone dear on the phone. Sure, you should also exchange about the virus as well as your hopes and fears concerning this matter, but make sure you find some nice and positive topics to talk about as well.

5) Treat yourself

When was the last time you took a long bath, used a nourishing facial mask or simply read a good book on the couch for hours without any regrets? In times of trouble and insecurity, it is crucial to find some relief, so make sure to take care of yourself and do something you love. You can even invest some time and thoughts to figure out what really matters and what you want to achieve in your life. If not now, then when?
